• 1 hour scientific, content driven program delivered live by KOLs via telephone to –20 to 25 participants
• Physicians recruited through the Premier recruitment center from a client-provided database
• Workbook mailed to participant prior to scheduled program, with day-of reminder telephone calls
• 35 minute presentation, 10 minute case study, concluding with a 15 minute Q&A session
• Returned evaluation form generates gift certificate mailed to participants and redeemable for medically relevant item valued at less than $100 and is of patient benefit
• Web site for real-time recruitment and participation
• Summary reports to brand team
